Elex Aluminium Products Pvt. Ltd., a part of the Elite Group of Companies, is a leading extrusion company based in Coimbatore, India. Our facility boasts an annual production capacity of 3,500 metric tons, operating under one roof with two advanced hydraulic extrusion presses of 750 and 1,000 tons, controlled by microprocessor-based technology and a programmable logic control (PLC) system. We operate a fully integrated plant featuring billet casting and a die correction facility, along with an in-house foundry furnace with a capacity of 4 metric tons.

At Elex Aluminium, we understand that dies and molds are the foundation of the extrusion process. Our extensive inventory includes over 3,000 specialized dies, catering to both domestic and international customers. With a state-of-the-art tool room equipped with cutting-edge machinery, we manufacture custom-made shapes and profiles for major industries, including building & construction, heavy engineering, architecture, solar energy and ladders.
