United Powder Coating (UPC) is a subsidiary of the Elite Group, specializing in powder coating architectural aluminium profiles to enhance the finishing services offered by Elite. The company is located in Hamriyah Free Zone Phase 1, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and has been part of the Elite Group since 2008. It features one of the latest horizontal powder coating lines, with a capacity of 4,800 MT per year.
The horizontal process allows for finishing longer profile sizes and ensures greater coating uniformity across the profile surface. The length of profiles ranges from 1 to 7.5 meters, with a coating thickness between 60 and 120 μm. The facility also houses a state-of-the-art laboratory for quality control and comprehensive testing of finished products.
