Based in the Al Hamra Free Zone, Ras Al Khaimah, Nashat Metal Engineering L.L.C., is the Elite Group's specialized division for the design, manufacturing and testing of high-precision extrusion dies for aluminium profiles, catering to the diverse needs of Elite Group of Companies. Leveraging advanced CAD/CAM technology and 3D modeling, we transform complex concepts into high-performance steel molds with surgical accuracy.

Our facility is engineered for both scale and sophistication, boasting an annual production capacity of 3,600 dies. This volume, supported by our in-house vacuum heat treatment plant, ensures that every die, backer and bolster offers superior durability and performance under extreme industrial pressure.

Our tool room is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including CNC turning and milling machines, wire erosion and EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) machines, and a vacuum heat treatment facility. These advanced tools allow us to maintain consistent quality across all our products, ensuring that each die and tool meets the exact specifications.

With the integration of CAD/CAM technology and 3D modeling, our design process is both efficient and highly accurate.
